Immediately After Treatment: First 24-48 Hours

DO:

  • Use O Cosmedics MediSoothe – provided to you at your appointment to calm, cool, and repair sensitised skin. Apply 2–3 times daily or as needed.

  • Cleanse gently with lukewarm water and a fragrance-free cleanser. Pat dry – never rub.

  • Apply MediSoothe followed by a rich, non-active moisturiser and SPF (once your skin is ready).

  • Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water to support skin regeneration.

  • Change pillowcases and towels to reduce bacteria risk.

  • Avoid touching your face to prevent irritation or infection.

DON’T:

  • Wear makeup for 24-48 hours — even mineral makeup can clog healing skin.
